Be a foster parent to an animal in need
With only a half dozen foster homes for the whole of Tillamook County, along with the occasional self- fosterer, literally hundreds of cats and dogs have gotten a second chance over the last 3-4 years.
As you might guess with very few county animal resources available, the calls for help are increasing rapidly, while the number of foster homes has not.
